Firefighters Lillian Donnell, CT Powell, and Franklin Callahan Jr took part in the year long program where they leave school for two periods and attend the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institutes Upper Eastern Shore Regional Training Center in Centreville. They obtained multiple certifications and training in one school year that would take three or more years to complete doing the typical night time class schedules. In addition to graduating tonight, Firefighter Donnell received the Jonathan Orff Award which is given to the student with the highest GPA. Congratulations Lillian! This is the third consecutive year where a member of the Goodwill fire company has received the award! Congratulations again to the three graduates!
