Early this morning at 0308 hours, Goodwill Fire Company and surrounding companies, were alerted for a structure fire at 352 Wrights Neck Rd

First arriving units found an approximately 60’ by 125’ pole building, fully involved with an exposure to a horse stable and requested the tanker task force and 2nd alarm bringing additional units. Once it was determined that the fire was contained to the fire building only and the exposure was protected, command held the assignment to mostly tankers while master stream operations were taking place. Units were on scene until about 0700. You may see still see smoke from the area as the contents of the barn, which was minimal but large amounts of hay, still burn and smolder. Unfortunately a pet rabbit was lost during the incident. No other animals or people were injured.
